Jury Duty Day 2

Today you will be finishing the Jury Duty worksheet from yesterday.  Once you have that complete then you can work on either step 3 or 4 in your notebook.  Look for a new assignment on Wednesday.

Now here are the details of what Im going through:
I went through all of the questioning that you saw in the video yesterday.  After about 2 hours I was selected for a civil case.  Legally I cant not tell you guys any more than that until the case is over.  The video today will show a little more about what I will be witnessing while in court.  This is a civic duty that you will all be asked to do at some point later in life.

Small interesting fact:  the county court house in Newton was built in 1765 but gutted by fire in 1847.  The main parts of the building are still what you see when you go into Newton today.  I'm going to be sitting in a building thats almost 150 years old!  Check out the site below for a history of the building.

Oh yea and all tests/quizzes have been postponed until I return, which is on Friday.
